Foreword by the President

This is the first Report of Youth Initiatives, an organization which was founded as a result of the flow of ideas and initiatives that we wanted to start in our community.

“Winds of Change” was the first project that we developed together and submitted as citizens, prior to the registration of our NGO. When I look back from today's point, I would say that this project was a test for our team. It was a bridge between our ideas and our capabilities. We were so enthusiastic and full with energy, which contributed to positive results amongst the youth in the community. It showed us that we share similar values in terms of openness to learning and growth as people and commitment to developing projects that met the needs of the target group. Through this project we identified our path and decided to found an organization that will connect youth, build their capacity and give them opportunities to realize themselves within the community...
